The Meadowcreek Civic Club will be handing out only TREATS and no TRICKS to the homes with the best Halloween Decorations on FRIDAY EVENING – OCTOBER 30, 2020 . We will be awarding a FIRST PLACE, SECOND PLACE, and THIRD PLACE PRIZE. Prize winners will get a special TREAT from the Meadowcreek Civic Club, along with pictures on our website, AND a COOL YARD SIGN to display on Halloween!
